Registration will only be complete when accompanied by the above-mentioned deposit and it will be deducted from the program fees payable. The outstanding balance is payable at least 15 days before the start of the course. Students reserving courses less than 15 days before arrival should send the full payment with their registration.
Once the registration and deposit are received, you will be sent a certificate of registration together with an invoice for the balance of fees, which must be settled at least 15 days prior to the starting date of the program. Once the balance of fees has been settled, we will send you the necessary information to prepare your trip, as well as your accommodation details.
